Taylor Brown and Donovan Sliman didn't start Interwest Construction from a boardroom. They started it from the field, bringing decades of hands-on construction experience into a firm designed around one idea: leadership that stays close to the work. Their partnership created a culture where accountability isn't a policy. It's a practice.
