He earned his degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in Idaho and has built his career in San Antonio, Texas, where he has managed and delivered complex multifamily projects with a consistent emphasis on quality, efficiency, and accountability.

Currently serving as Project Executive at Interwest Construction, Taylor provides strategic oversight for projects, guiding teams through planning, execution, and delivery. Prior to this role, he advanced through positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Interwest Construction and The NRP Group, gaining deep experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. His background also includes early career roles as an estimator and assistant project manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both preconstruction and operations.

He approaches each project with a strong sense of accountability, a commitment to developing his teams, and a genuine curiosity for learning and improvement.
