Our program is built on proven standards, reinforced by our partnership with SFI Compliance Inc. for independent compliance oversight and regular third-party inspections. We don't wait for an incident to identify what went wrong. We build systems that catch risk before it has the chance to become one.
What We Expect from Trade Partners.

Interwest runs well-organized job sites, pays on time, and treats our trade partners with the professionalism they've earned.
All subcontractor billing is processed through GC Pay, keeping pay applications organized, transparent, and moving, so getting paid is never the hard part.
Licensing and Insurance
All trade partners must maintain proper licensing, adequate insurance coverage, and required certifications before work begins on any Interwest project.
OSHA Compliance
OSHA 30 certification, site-specific safety orientation, and weekly toolbox talks are standard requirements for all field personnel on Interwest projects.
Safety Agreement
Every subcontractor is required to execute a Subcontractor Safety Agreement and comply with Interwest's Master Safety & Health Program on all job sites.
Communication
Proactive, clear communication is non-negotiable. We expect trade partners to flag issues early, stay coordinated with our team, and show up ready to solve problems.
