Dustin Sisk brings extensive experience in the Texas construction market, having delivered more than 50 projects across the state through roles spanning estimating, project coordination, field leadership, project management, and executive oversight. His portfolio includes student housing, senior living, light commercial, and multifamily developments, with experience managing projects from conceptual estimating through completion. Dustin has successfully led projects across a wide range of financing structures—including LIHTC, HUD, PFC, workforce housing, and market-rate communities—and across multiple product types, including 3-story garden, 4-story urban, and 5-story wrap developments.

Before becoming a partner at Interwest Construction Texas, Dustin served as Vice President of Construction for The NRP Group’s Texas market, following earlier roles as project manager, senior project manager, and project executive. He began his career with SpawGlass Construction, where he helped establish the company’s student housing and senior living division. Known for his proactive leadership style, commitment to excellence, and ability to build strong partnerships with subcontractors, design teams, and owners, Dustin plays a central role in delivering high-quality projects and strengthening Interwest’s presence across Texas. He holds both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas State University and is deeply rooted in the fast-growing Texas market.
