  • We maintain a continuous inspection cadence that goes beyond code-required milestones. Our teams document conditions at every critical phase so nothing gets covered up before it's reviewed.

  • Every pay application is reviewed line by line against completed work. We don't approve what hasn't been built, and we don't let billing get ahead of progress.

  • RFIs, change orders, daily logs, meeting minutes, as-builts, all maintained in real time and organized for turnover. When the project closes, the documentation is as clean as the building.
