Armando Cornelio brings more than twenty years of construction leadership and development experience to his role as Principal of Interwest Construction. He specializes in multifamily and single-family projects, earning a reputation for successfully overseeing complex developments, business growth, and high-performing teams. Armando leads construction operations across multiple West Coast projects, guiding project identification, budgeting, staffing, and field execution to ensure each development is delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and performance.

In addition to his leadership at Interwest, Armando has served as CEO and President of A&A Developers Inc. since 2009 and as President and Partner of Crown Plumbing & HVAC Inc. since 2015. In these roles, he provides strategic oversight and business development within the multifamily and subdivision markets. Early in his career, he led development initiatives at Trail Side Builders, where he gained extensive experience in land acquisition and project delivery.

Beyond his professional work, Armando is the co-founder of the Construction and Career Charter Academy in Sacramento, a charter high school dedicated to providing underprivileged students with meaningful pathways into college and careers in the construction industry.
