Finance leadership rooted in real estate.

Dean is an accomplished leader with significant executive management and board level experience over his 30+ year career in finance & accounting. 

He has worked primarily in real estate development, construction, and natural resources businesses with expertise across land development, mixed-use master planned communities, single family homebuilding, multifamily, commercial, property management, and mountain resort.  His work has included small, entrepreneurial businesses, private equity funds, and large, global corporations with multi-billion dollar projects in mining and energy. 

He began his career with Price Waterhouse's Assurance & Business Advisory Services in Dallas, Texas, and held his CPA license for over 20 years (now inactive). He  leverages his breadth and depth of expertise to ensure professional management of the finance & accounting functions of our business.
