Donovan Sliman is a Principal and Co‑Founder of Interwest Construction and IWC Living, bringing over two decades of experience in construction leadership, operations, and execution. He is responsible for turning strategy into execution and guiding Interwest through continuous improvement, integrating technology and innovation to support disciplined growth, scalability, and consistent quality.

Prior to co‑founding Interwest, Donovan established Sliman West, a luxury custom homebuilding firm in Northern California, and Palmyra Group, where he led construction for medical surgery centers and clinical laboratory facilities. Earlier in his career, he held senior operations and project leadership roles with NRP Contractors, overseeing more than 900 units of single‑ and multifamily development and contributing to over $200 million in completed construction across diverse markets and project types.
