Paul Marvin

Paul Marvin is a seasoned construction and real estate development professional with over 23 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President at Interwest Construction. Over his career, he has held key roles at NRP Group including, Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Director of Operations. He has managed multiple projects simultaneously across regions, developed new markets in Massachusetts, Maryland, and Virginia, and led award-winning projects like the NRP headquarters in the historic Halle Building. During his tenure with the Zaremba Group, he managed the development of over 100 single-family custom homes in northeast Ohio and has helped deliver and rehabilitate a total of 7,618 units, including multi-family, single-family, and rehabilitation projects.
Known for his hands-on management style and problem-solving approach, Paul excels at leading teams and turning complex or delayed projects into successful outcomes. His expertise spans every stage of development, from budgeting and buyouts to construction and project closeout. In 2020, his leadership helped NRP win the Multifamily Pillar of the Industry Builder of the Year award from NAHB.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Paul is committed to community service. Actively participating in Habitat for Humanity initiatives and coaching youth in the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League, he demonstrates the same dedication to mentorship and team-building both on and off the job site.
